I have a question about animal rescue groups in Japan. I have a friend who lives in Ota,Gumna, Japan. She is feeling very lonely and isolated. She has two teenage daughter, a parrot, a cat and a dog. She needs to find something where she can feel accepted and give her more to do in her day.
Is there anything near her? What might you suggest for me to help her?
