Yamada Ike Koen in Osaka Prefecture finds help from Japan Cat Network, and other area volunteers, to spay and neuter abandoned cats, and to rescue kittens in need of help, Mainichi Shimbun.

Hikone City, the home base of Japan Cat Network, introduced us in the city newsletter, also inviting the public to call for help, or volunteer their services. Within a couple weeks, 5 people contact JCN asking for help neutering local feral cats. Hikone Times.
