More concrete improvement!
We’ve been needing to lay concrete on the space between the two enclosures, as the dirt gets smelly and attracts flies in the summer heat.

Coco, Nuts, and Syrup tested positive for parasites, so we’re trying to get rid of those.

Shopping and hoping
So far, so good…no bad news from the vet, and Blossom (got her new name today via the Power Puff Girls!) is a little more active and drinking well from a syringe.

Great news…First, Ewok has found her good home. Anne-Marie from Tokyo came out and chose her (after a difficult consideration over Rose and Miiko, as well).

Loss, recovery, and the patience to wait for what’s good
Hard week…we lost one of the newbies. We named them Penny and Jenny, and thought things were looking up for both, but the smallest, Jenny suddenly became very weak.

Veterinary veterans
David took the whole troupe of kittens to the vet Monday night, when I was in class. The group of six have ringworm, and Mipple/Maple/Mew have diarrhea.

The kittens trickle in one or two at a time now, the lone survivors from litters that met with some kind of tragedy or another.

2 new siblings came in, via animal control. They are tiny little things for their 3 weeks, and one is tinier than the other.
