The model house was built about 6 years ago, with the office (2 parts) attached to the back and cabin added sometime afterward. Everything was owned by a construction company, but is now in foreclosure. I estimate the land to be 300 - 400 tsubo, and the house has never been lived in. I'm not sure if the small piece of land being gardened in front is included. The large parking lot has some nice benches built around the edges. The property is located between the shelter and the JR train station, on the station road, and is about a 4 minute walk from either.
