Aria 
On May 13, Aria was taken to Animal Control to be destroyed, along with her brother Aaron and three sisters, Amber, Aimee, and Ariel.
JCN was able to intervene, thanks to a new partnership program in which
we help to rescue surrendered kittens associated with TNR projects. At only 2 1/2 weeks of age upon intake, Aria and her sisters and brother were
bottle-fed and cared for by JCN volunteers. Aria was the smallest of
the litter, and was sadly never able to gain the weight that she needed
to survive. She had a strong
personality, and fought as best she could to make it. Aria passed away on May 27. She was much loved by her caregivers in the short time that she was here.
