Charlie
In 2001, Charlie was rescued after being abandoned in front of a train station at 8 weeks of age. He is
friendly, but is prone to cystitis in stressful situations. He is currently looking for a special needs caregiver or sponsor, while staying at the JCN Kansai shelter, and can be visited there. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in helping with or sponsoring his care.
