Charlie
In 2001, Charlie was rescued after
being abandoned in front of a train station at 8 weeks of age. He is
friendly, but is prone to cystitis in stressful situations. He is currently looking for a special needs
caregiver or sponsor, while staying at the JCN Kansai shelter, and can be visited there. Feel free to contact
