Chopper  
Chopper came to the JCN Kansai shelter on January 22, 2011. He was found very thin and sick outside in the snowy countryside of shiga-ken, by a young student. Chopper's  struggle to survive on his own in desperate circumstances, has left him the size of a 4 month old, but he is actually around a year old. He is a very friendly boy, who despite his small size has an enormous heart! Chopper is staying in foster care in Hirakata, and can be available for adoption in other areas. JCN regularly brings kittens and cats to the Kanto area for adoption and fostering. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in meeting available candidates.
