Daniel 
At
only 6 weeks of age, Daniel was taken to Animal Control to be
destroyed, along with his four siblings, one of whom died at the animal
control facility. On June 7, JCN was able to intervene, thanks to a
new
partnership program in which we help to rescue surrendered
kittens. Upon arrival, Daniel and his brother, Dayan, and
sisters, Dixie and Dolly,
were all seriously malnourished, and were found to have contracted
Parvo virus while at the animal conrol facility. All were treated but
Daniel very sadly did not survive. He passed away on June 10. Daniel,
though weak from arrival, so enjoyed his few days of love and comfort.
Happiest when cuddled, he was a sweet boy and will be missed by those
who tried to save his life.
