Elizabeth/Sookie  Adopted!
On May 13, Elizabeth was taken to Animal Control to be destroyed, along with her two brothers, one of whom didn't survive.  JCN was able to intervene, thanks to a new partnership program in which we help to rescue surrendered kittens.  At only 4 weeks of age upon intake, both Elizabeth and her surviving brother, Atticus, were suffering from diarrhea and dehydration, but have since made a full recovery.  Elizabeth is an adorable fluffy kitten, who loves attention, and is always ready to speak her mind!  She is a playful and friendly kitten, who loves to be cuddled. Lizzie was fostered by a family in Kyoto, who decided to adopt her in July, 2010. JCN regularly brings kittens and cats to the Kanto area for adoption and fostering. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in meeting available candidates.

***Notes***
1/14/11 - They have all been really sweet and snuggling with the baby when he goes down for his nap. I'm attaching some photos.

12/13/10 - Thanks for checking in! I had a baby boy, Marcus, on Oct. 29th. The cats surprisingly have taken it in their stride and Mimu seems to be the only one with a bit of a jealously issue but I think she will get over it given some time. Sookie has grown into an absolutely gorgeous little cat, everybody comments on how beautiful she is. Atticus is the best, most relaxed lovable guy. And of course Mimu is lovely, she's our eldest and is a total sweetheart. I've attached some photos for you!

7/10 - Sorry for my late reply, I've been super busy with lots of things recently. Kittens are growing to be lovely little cats and they are constantly together, they never do things separately! It's not uncommon to see them all sleeping on top of one another. I've attached some photos taken a couple days ago of them. As you can see, all of them have gotten much bigger! But still they are little cuties. Also, here's a video. It looks like Atticus is the crazy hyper one but usually it's Mimu. As for continuing to take care of Lizzie, no problem! She's a sweetie. Actually, we've been calling her Sookie because Lizzie didn't catch on for us. Maybe she is becoming part of the family too...? If you're interested in seeing more photos I have an album on facebook of them (because they are so sweet!)
