New attempt to offer the kitties access to fresh grass....looks like a success! We planted the seeds in hanging baskets and hung most of the baskets on the outside of the enclosures, to make them less maul-able. The cats have to reach out and bring the grass in, to  chew on it. This works better in the adult enclosures, than in the kitten enclosure, which has netting. 

         

We put one basket inside the kitten enclosure, so that they could get at it better...Pumpkin crushed it a bit, but the kittens were fine. 2 baskets are hanging on the outside, so we'll see if they can get the grass through the netting.

                  

Fantasia just got spayed and is spending some convalescent time in the kitten enclosure...

       

The slightly cooler weather has everyone all snuggly!
