This is the newest enclosure! (The kitten enclosure is on the far
right) We still need to find a place for the large stones from the wall
that we took down--maybe a few will make good seats in the enclosure.
We also plan to cover the triangular parking space in front with
something, but haven't come up with an idea for that yet, either. For
the time being, the cats are loving the concrete! They roll around on
their backs a lot, and spend more time on the ground than they did in
the old enclosure. The concrete will also give them a nice cool place
to nap in the summer. They still climb the poor little tree--it's
managed to survive their climbing for around 10 years now, and I hope
it will survive the small move and replanting! We have water access
inside the enclosure which has made cleanup so much easier--it's hard
to imagine how we did without that for so long. This is really the
kindest gift that anyone has ever given to JCN's cats, and we can't say
enough how much we appreciate both of the new enclosures. (click each
