Suki Adopted!
Suki was found in an Osaka park TNR project area in the spring of 2008, at only 1 week old. She was bottle fed at the JCN Kansai shelter, and went into foster care in Nagoya in December 2008. Suki loves to be pet and doted on, and will show her appreciation with a loud purr! She is a very friendly and affectionate cat, but as she prefers the company of humans to that of other felines, she is best suited to a home where she can be the only cat. Suki spent the first two years of her life in the shelter or in foster care. She was adopted by her long-term foster family in Nagoya in November 2010. JCN regularly brings kittens and cats to the Kanto area for adoption and fostering. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in meeting Suki.

9/21 - Suki is fine. She is still with me and thriving. I find it hard to give her up. My plans for relocation are still undetermined.  I am convinced that the bond she has with me is important to maintain for as long as possible. However, James is a good friend and I trust him with Suki's care should that become necessary. There is a possibility of me relocating in the near future. If that becomes a reality, I will make every effort to take Suki with me and assure her of a permnenat home once and for all. In the end, I hope to make the decision which will be best for her well being. I will keep you advised.
