Pepper Adopted!
In 2008, Pepper was found abandoned in a park, where JCN was doing TNR. She was found in a cardboard box with her 4 siblings, at 2 weeks of age. She was bottle fed, and then went into foster care in Osaka for several months. Pepper was adopted in Kobe.
