Starbuck  Adopted!
On August 3, at only 4 weeks of age, Starbuck and her 5 siblings, were found outside a volunteer's house. Despite their small size, the kittens were wild at first, and needed to  be caught in a trap. However these little ones quickly warmed up! Starbuck is playful and friendly. She was adopted in Tokyo on October 31st, but sisters Boomer and brother Angelo are all still available. JCN regularly brings kittens and cats to the Kanto area for adoption and fostering. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in meeting available candidates.

1/17/11 - Starbuck is great!  So sweet and she & Minki are getting along great.  They play together, still occasionally fight with each other and sleep in our bed at night.  Starbuck has had all of her vaccinations and I am going to be scheduling her spay surgery for later this month or early February.

12/1/10 - Thought you might like to see these photos of the kitties which may be featured in the Tokyo American Club magazine next month.

10/31/10 - Just a quick thank you to you and David (and Cheryl) for making the long trek to Tokyo with baby Starbuck!  She is settling in nicely and seems right at home...in fact, as I am typing this she is walking around on our kitchen counter :)  Minki & Starbuck have been near one another and not hissing or growling too much.  She is so sweet!  I will try to take some photos tomorrow and keep you updated!
